MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission of the Siegel High School Rugby Football Club is to create a competitive, championship caliber rugby team fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie while promoting the development and growth of high school rugby in Middle Tennessee.

 

VALUES STATEMENT
The accomplishing of our Mission cannot be done without the concerted efforts and commitment of our players, coaches, and parents.

 

** Players **
Our players are the source of our strength. Their performance and commitment determines both our reputation and viability. Investment in teamwork is essential, and as a team we must treat each other with trust and respect while elevating our performance.

 

** Coaches **
Our coaches provide the leadership and guidance that the team needs. They represent the firm hands on the helm that gives us the necessary heading to see us through the practices, the conditioning, the skills, and the games.

 

** Parents **
Our parents provide the basic foundation upon which we build this team. They provide their support as fans and as sponsors and the effect that they have on the team with their presence at the games must never be underestimated nor unapprecitated.

 

** Commitment **
Finally, to achieve success we must concentrate our efforts on developing and enhancing our level of fitness, skill, and knowledge of the game in order to raise our performance to that of championship caliber. Equally important is our responsibility in the development of rugby within our community in order to perpetuate the game we love.
